1. Scope
This policy applies to one-time premium access purchases made on SystemDesign Pro.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
- Duplicate charge for the same purchase.
- Unauthorized transaction confirmed by payment provider review.
- Material platform access failure that we cannot resolve in a reasonable timeframe.
- General dissatisfaction requests submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase.
3. Non-Eligible Cases
- Requests submitted more than 14 calendar days after purchase, except where required by law.
- Abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
- Requests where access was suspended for policy abuse or chargeback fraud.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@systemdesignpro.dev with your account email, payment receipt or transaction id, and reason for request. We typically review refund requests within 5 business days.
- Include subject line: "Refund Request - [Transaction ID]".
- Use the same email as your platform account when possible.
- If unauthorized, include a short statement confirming the charge was not made by you.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider and card issuer.
